How long does it take to process and ship out orders?
It takes roughly 2-5 business days process and pack orders! All orders are shipped with First Class mail, with domestic shipping being an estimate 3-5 business days and international taking an estimated 4-7 business days. (We do not currently ship to EU/Northern Ireland due to new import laws)
I still haven't received my order. What should I do?
Unfortunately, once a package is sent out it is out of my control. Please contact me if your package has been missing for more than 4 weeks from the shipping date.
I ordered something and changed my mind. Could I get a refund?
I do not issue refunds, unless an order has been missing for longer than 4 weeks. If you can show me proof of missing delivery I will either send a replacement or refund the amount paid minus shipping.
What does preorder mean? Do I still receive my order with normal processing times?
Preorders are for products that HAVE NOT been manufactured. Processing time for these products can take anywhere from 2 weeks to over a month. This is so I can gauge customer interest and know how much to order for a new product.
